Internship Program


The BREAK Method Internship Program is for students that have participated in BREAK for a semester and then Audited. If you haven't completed these things, then please see our Auditing Page under Member Access.

Internship - as defined by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) “a form of experiential learning that integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in a professional setting. Internships give students the opportunity to gain valuable applied experience and make connections in professional fields they are considering for career paths; and give employers the opportunity to guide and evaluate talent.”

  • Program Objective - To promote academic and personal development through the acquisition of learning goals in a structured educational experience with direct supervision via the identified BREAK Facilitator. BREAK Internship will give students who have successfully met the Prerequisites outlined below the opportunity to continue to learn and make practical application of the tools and concepts gained through their BREAK experience. Interns are seeking to stimulate their interest and receive experience in order to potentially become effective facilitators in BREAK Method Program.

Prerequisites:

  • Completion of the Break Method Program through successful Exit Interview
  • One complete semester of Auditing (attending webinars/watching replays and attending a small group for observance)
  • Acceptance into Internship Program via Practitioner Track at Break Live - Here, interns will participate in student analysis and diagnosis via anonymous completed workbooks alongside facilitation staff in an effort to show knowledge attained and acuity for BREAK facilitation. Confirmation of chosen track will be presented during BREAK Live registration process

Program Requirements:

  • Attend all small group meetings and intern supervision meetings
  • Attend all live webinars
  • Ability to navigate questions around homework directions regarding recorded webinars
  • Participate with Comments/Questions during small group sessions
  • Actively support the Facebook Forum in a productive and focused way
  • Take detailed notes during small group calls - These notes will be shared with your small group facilitator, as well as Bizzie

Intern Program Purpose:

  • Observing diagnostic and other skills needed in facilitator role
  • Understanding of work, time, and effort put in by facilitator
  • Organization of communication and paperwork
  • On-going, working, applicable knowledge of BREAK Method concepts and skills, including, but not limited to those listed below:
    • Chakra Diagnostics
    • Personality Triangles
    • Identify Life Audit correlations
    • Identify inaccuracies and other brain protection mechanisms
    • Identification of emotions based on descriptions
    • Identification of emotional addition cycle from Directed Storytelling
  • Attend all small group meetings and intern webinars
  • Attend all live webinars
  • Ability to navigate questions around homework directions regarding recorded webinars
  • Participate with Comments/Questions during small group sessions
  • Actively support the Facebook Forum in a productive and focused way
